Private Coaching

You ran companies.
Now your body is trying to run you.

Longevity performance coaching for executives and founders 50+. Strength, energy, and recovery, rebuilt in 12 weeks and measured like everything else you've ever run.

30 minutes. No pitch. Ten client places in total, 10 currently open.

You know the numbers of your business to the decimal point. Meanwhile, stairs cost more than they used to. The 3pm dip arrives at 2. Sleep stopped repairing you somewhere around the second exit, and your back files complaints your calendar ignores.

None of this is dramatic. That's the problem. It's a slow, compounding drawdown, and most of us book the review meeting ten years too late.

The standard offers don't fit. Your doctor manages disease, not performance. Wellness apps talk to you like a patient. And the trainer at the gym was born after you shipped your first product.

Strength first.

After 50, muscle is the closest thing to a longevity asset class. Training is strength-led, with mobility work to support it, programmed around your equipment, your injuries, and a calendar with airports in it.

Measured, not guessed.

WHOOP or Apple Watch data reviewed weekly: HRV, resting heart rate, sleep, recovery. Decisions come from your trendline rather than from how motivated either of us feels that day.

Run like an operating review.

Written weekly check-ins, each with next actions. Every fortnight, a 45-minute video review with the data on screen. Training runs in four-week blocks with explicit targets. You've sat in a thousand of these meetings. This one is about you.

I'm 60. I lifted my first dumbbell at sixteen and have spent forty years in the software business, developer to C-level, startups to corporates. I track what matters and I read it in trends rather than snapshots. I measure myself the way I'd measure you: against my own baseline, not someone else's average.

-4% Resting heart rate, trailing 12 months
+9% HRV, trailing 12 months
-4% VO₂ max, year to date
Baseline set Body composition (lean mass), DEXA, Jul 2026

Nearly two years of continuous data, shown as trends over the windows that fit each metric. Published monthly, including the months that go sideways. Latest metrics update →

Body composition is DEXA-anchored (baseline Jul 2026), with a trend from the next scan on. The rest are trailing trends from ~600 days of wearable data.

This isn't medical care. I'm a coach, not a physician, and anyone whose screening raises a flag brings written GP clearance before we train. It isn't nutrition therapy, and it isn't a 6-week shred. It also isn't motivation-as-a-service: I bring the precision, you bring the intent.

Ten private client places in total. That's a real ceiling, set by the weekly data review, not a marketing device. CHF 2,400 per month, 12-week initial engagement, monthly thereafter.

Founding five

The first five clients join at CHF 1,400 per month, locked in for as long as they stay, in exchange for a testimonial (if earned) and anonymised case-study rights. 5 of 5 places remain.

VAT

Fees are stated exclusive of Swiss VAT (MWST), which is added at the statutory rate where it applies and shown separately on each invoice.

I'm 63 with a dodgy knee and twenty sedentary years. Is this for me?

Probably. That's roughly the median starting point. The screening and, where needed, your GP's clearance decide what we do, and the programme is built around your joints rather than an idealised pair. The only real requirement is that you'll actually do the work.

Why you and not a physio or a longevity clinic?

Different jobs. A physio rehabilitates an injury. A clinic diagnoses and prescribes. I build and run the ongoing system: training, recovery, habits, data. And I'll be the first to send you to either of them when that's what the data says.

What does the data review actually involve?

You export your WHOOP or Apple Watch data, which takes two taps. I read the week's HRV, resting heart rate, sleep, and recovery against your training log, and you get written adjustments. No live dashboards and no surveillance: you send it, I read it.

I travel constantly.

Then you're the target client. Programmes come in home-gym, commercial-gym, and hotel-gym versions, and the check-ins are asynchronous by design. Time zones are a solved problem.

Remote coaching — does that actually work for strength training?

For this population, yes, and in one respect better: your form is reviewed on video deliberately, your data is reviewed weekly, and the programme meets you wherever Tuesday finds you. What remote can't do is spot a 1-rep max, so we don't programme ego lifts.

Are you going to talk to me about bitcoin?

Only if you start it. I follow markets, longevity research, and crypto closely enough to hold my own at your dinner table, and none of it is advice, financial or otherwise. Here, we work on the asset that compounds longest: you.

Is this coaching only for men?

What I coach is strength, recovery, and the discipline of measuring both, and that work is the same whoever is doing it. Your goal is what shapes the programme. The honest limit is perimenopause and menopause: I have no first-hand experience of either, and they reshape training, recovery, and hormonal health in ways that deserve someone who knows them directly. Where your goals touch that physiology, I bring in a qualified specialist rather than guess. So we agree the scope in writing before we start, and you'll know exactly what I'm handling and what I'm not. If that split works, book a call. If it doesn't, I'll say so on the call and point you to someone better placed.

The next quarter is happening either way.

A 30-minute call: where you are, what 12 weeks can realistically change, whether we're a fit. If we're not, you'll leave with two or three things worth doing anyway.
