Terms of Use
Last updated: 14. Aug. 2026
These terms cover your use of protocol60.com and its content, including the blog and, once released, the Protocol 60 iOS app. I'm Robert Turrall, trading as turrall & co., Baarerstrasse 77, 6300 Zug, Switzerland.
By using the site you accept these terms. If you don't accept them, please don't use the site.
Private coaching is a separate matter, governed by the agreement you sign before an engagement starts. Nothing here replaces or overrides that agreement — see section 7.
1 · This is not medical advice
Everything on this site — the articles, the protocols, the gear recommendations, the supplement discussion, and anything the app displays — is general information based on one person's experience and reading of the research. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and it is not a substitute for care from a qualified physician.
I'm a longevity performance coach, not a doctor. Nothing on this site establishes a doctor–patient relationship.
Before you change how you train, what you eat, or what you take: talk to your own physician, particularly if you have a medical condition, are taking prescription medication, or are recovering from injury or surgery. Supplements interact with medication, and what works for one 60-year-old can be actively wrong for another. If something on this site conflicts with what your doctor tells you, follow your doctor.
Never disregard professional medical advice, or delay seeking it, because of something you read here.
2 · Your own results
Any figures published on this site — training results, recovery trends, wearable metrics, body composition — are my own, measured on my own body. They are shared to document a method honestly, including when it goes sideways. They are not a promise, a projection, or a typical result. Your age, training history, genetics, sleep, stress, and medical situation all differ, and so will your outcome.
3 · Content and copyright
All content on this site — text, photographs, illustrations, design, code, and the Protocol 60 name and logo — belongs to turrall & co. or is used with permission. Protocol 60 and the Protocol 60 logo are trademarks of turrall & co. (see the impressum).
You're welcome to read it, link to it, and quote a short passage with clear attribution and a link back. You may not republish articles in full, reproduce the photographs, use the content to train machine-learning models, or present any of it as your own work. Commercial reuse needs written permission — ask at contact@protocol60.com and the answer may well be yes.
4 · Acceptable use
Don't use this site to break the law, and don't attempt to interfere with it. That includes scraping it at a rate that degrades service for anyone else, probing it for vulnerabilities, attempting to gain unauthorised access, submitting other people's personal data through the forms, or using the contact and application forms to send unsolicited commercial messages.
Applications submitted through the early-access form should be genuine. Automated or bulk submissions will be discarded.
5 · Affiliate and referral links
Some outbound links on this site are affiliate or referral links, which means I may earn a commission or a credit if you buy through them. Every one of them is disclosed at the point of the link, and the arrangement is stated in full on the gear page.
Nothing appears on this site purely because of a commission. Products are listed because I bought them with my own money and use them. This is stated as a matter of record, and it's how the gear page is maintained.
6 · Links and services from other people
This site links to other sites, and uses a small number of third-party services — Substack for the newsletter, Calendly for booking, Zoom for calls, Plausible for analytics. I don't control any of them, and I'm not responsible for their content, availability, or their handling of your data, which is governed by their own terms and policies. How your data is handled on my side is set out in the privacy policy.
7 · Coaching is governed separately
If you engage Protocol 60 for private coaching, that relationship runs on a separate written agreement covering scope, fees, cancellation, health screening, and data handling. You sign it before the engagement starts. Where these terms and that agreement differ, the coaching agreement takes precedence for anything relating to the coaching.
Booking a discovery call creates no obligation on either side.
8 · The app
The Protocol 60 iOS app is in development and is offered to early-access participants as-is, for testing. It is a tracking and logging tool. It does not diagnose, treat, or monitor any medical condition, and it must not be relied on for any medical purpose or in an emergency. Any correlation or trend it displays is a description of your own logged data, not a clinical finding.
Separate app-store terms will apply on public release.
9 · No warranty
This site is provided as-is. I work to keep it accurate and available, but I don't guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or up to date, and research in this field moves.
10 · Changes to these terms
I may update these terms as Protocol 60 develops. The "last updated" date above will change when I do, and continuing to use the site after that means you accept the revised version.
11 · Governing law
These terms are governed by Swiss law. The place of jurisdiction is Zug, Switzerland, so far as the law permits.
