See what your protocol
is actually doing.
Protocol 60 is in the final stages of development. Before it launches publicly, I'd like to invite a small group of people to get early access — to use it, test it, and help shape it.

Why I'm building this
I've been interested in health and fitness my whole life.
When I read Outlive and started going deeper into the research, I realised something was missing. I didn't just want to know what to do — I wanted to know whether what I was doing was actually working. I've tried wearing an Apple Watch on and off over the years but basically ended up frustrated by the constant notifications and really didn't want to wear it. I wanted to wear a "real watch". So I relegated the watch to heart monitor duty on the treadmill!
Then I discovered WHOOP — starting with the WHOOP 4.0 and now wearing the WHOOP 5.0 24/7, I've clocked up 590+ days of constant wear and tracking. The WHOOP app is great and I've been able to feed my weight measurements (from a Withings scale) into the app to keep track of how my fitness is progressing (or not, from time to time). Tracking and improving my WHOOP Age and pace of aging is also a great motivator.
But I still had one problem: I'd often get to the end of the day and realise that I'd missed my multivitamin, or Ashwagandha, or something — or couldn't really remember if I'd forgotten it or not! I'm sure it's happened to you too. You start well with the morning ritual, but then you don't eat breakfast and so make a mental note to take the "with food" tablets at lunch... and then forget.
I looked for various apps that might make sense, thought about one of those "morning/afternoon/evening" pill boxes, even printed out a "Protocol list" and pinned it by my coffee machine. I still forgot sometimes. Too busy, no focus. I decided to build a Protocol logging app.
So I built Protocol 60 for myself first. An app that takes the protocol seriously: supplements, habits, wearable data from Apple Watch and WHOOP, and whether the combination is actually moving the metrics that matter — and highlighting when I forget!
The goal was to reach 60 in the best shape of my adult life, and to build on that into my 70s, 80s, and 90s — and I want to know the protocol is working, not just hope it is.
Here's where you can join in:
My coaching clients all have early access to the app by default. Once the app is closer to general release I'll be looking to expand testing with a small number of people who are serious about the same thing. Not fitness beginners. People who already have a protocol, already track something, and want to stick to their protocol and gain better visibility into whether it's working. You'd have the chance to try the app and to provide feedback that helps to shape the product — no coaching of course, but early access to the app before everybody else sees it.
